Coconut Milk Shake at Klebong, Malacca

I decided to have a weekend at Historical Malacca and my local friend, Shirley Chia, suggested to try Klebong, Coconut Milk Shake. It's odd but I thought, ok-lah since we are there, might as well just try.
Address : Jalan Klebang BesarMelakaMelaka 75200

Slightly 10 minutes drive away from Dataran Pahlawan, the place had ample of free parking. You would expect a single storey house and the stall beside. The stall is covered and can hold about 150pax? It was breezy and covered, so having a coconut would really compliment the trip.

We ordered "special" coconut milk shake which came with a single scoop of ice cream for the price of RM 2.20 each. It was yummy! I like how the coconut "meat" is chewy and gives texture to the drink. I personally didn't like the ice cream as I thought the slight milk was sufficient to enhance the coconut flavour, so I did not stir and mix my ice cream with the drink.

They do sell local delicacies if you are hungry (or not so coconut-craving).

We had onde onde (green pandan mochi-like outer layer with sweet gula melaka "palm sugar" + grated coconut) and the other two which I have no name for. The round brown one has coconut and fish filling. It is deep fried. The other one is slightly crunchy and is an indian snack, deep fried spiced flour with corn. Appetizing dessert :P

Here's my receipt, transactions in Ringgit ya :)

And of course, since we are at Peranakan's place, you have to have spicy food, so Nasi Lemak!

Nasi Lemak is cooked differently in different parts of Malaysia, so it's ok for us locals to crave nasi lemak on road trips. (my personal excuse)

The stall is quite hygiene. There's a two cubicle toilets located on the left end of the venue.

I used double eyelid stickers so that my double eyelids could stick out more. :P
